mutaflor in USA?

Hi all,

Where does one order mutaflor in the USA? I see there is a website mutaflor.us, but it appears to not be working.

I also found http://www.medfutures.com/ which claims to sell it? Is this the same product?

Anyone order it in the US lately?

Also, do you take it at the same time as VSL3 after taking XIFAXAN (Rifaximin)?

Has anyone ordered it this way? Do they ship in tact with chill packs?

Also, what is the KDM dosing for mutaflor? Do you take it with VSL3 also? My testing showed both low e-coli and bifidobacteria. My local doc isn't familiar with what KDM does, so I am curious.

It looks like they don't ship to the u.s. now. Anyone know where to get it?
