Muscle stiffness

Has anyone found any supplements to help with muscle stiffness?

Dopa macuna as it increases dopamine. I think some meds I use for sleep like tricyclics, seroquel and even some antihistamines may lower dopamine which I think can cause muscle stiffness and pain.

Thanks heaps.........I never associated low dopamine with stiffness but after your reply I have already googled a lot of info on it.
