I don't have access to full version and the abstract doesn't seem to mention (unless I am missing something??) stability of those findings over periods of time. Anyone know if they've ruled out the possibility that those distinct mRNA profiles are NOT transient? I.e that they are not merely reflecting disease activity at a particular moment in time, and that the two groups don't overlap/interchange at different time points.
