More good information about Coconut oil

The article is great but the video is even better. I take coconut oil every morning. I will also be taking Coconut Manna. My doctor wants me to take them for energy etc.

Looks like Pharma is not helpful as usual and also, the Alzheimers website doesn't have this information according to this doctor. Sad this may not reach people. Food is amazing.

Why would that disturb anyone. Just like fish oil, antioxidents etc, your brain needs certain foods.
