Wondering if anyone wants to give their input on these Methylation test results from ELN? Blue is low, black is normal, red is high. You will see that most things are "out of range", but not by that much. Wondering what the body/mind sensitivity is to some of these levels and if these numbers mean I'm a good candidate for a methylation trial and/or if they are often "abnormal" in healthy people as well. Likely I will give it a trial no matter what to see if I notice an improvement, but in put is always nice
