I'm not sure what you mean by "relevant to the UK"? The Canadian Consensus Criteria might be relevant to you personally, but they are not relevant to the NHS. You'll need the NICE guidelines to see what the NHS uses.

I didn't know what the UK guidelines were (or even if there were any) as there seems to be so little info and no help from doctors. The info on the link is very relevant. Thanks again
