What an intriguing bit of research that doesn't involve drug companies, side effects, FDA delays, etc.! I've always tended to agree on a gut level with suggestions that inflammation may be at the base of why we have our symptoms, and why they get worse and snowball into other symptoms; mitochondrial problems may be at the root of our failure to recover from physical, environmental and other little stresses like a health person. How nice to think that rubbing our sore, aching selves is actually productive!
