I've been self injecting magnesium sulphate for some time and it helps quite a bit with muscle stifness. So far I've used magnesium sulphate as injection solution from a pharmacy. I would like to start preparing my own injection ampules though, as the ones I buy are quite expensive and the concentration still seems too low. But I don't know how to do...
Magnesium sulphate sold in stores comes as powder, so how do I get this into a solution which can be injected? And what would be a reasonable concentration?
Many thanks.
