I'm looking for a web developer (front-end + back-end programmer) that has first- or second-hand experience with an invisible illness to contribute to a website I'm working on for patients with chronic illnesses.

Currently this is a bootstrapped startup so I am looking for a compatible partner that shares my long-term vision for the project, not an independent contractor.
