Long drives and pacing

Curious with the myalgic brain that takes in all stimuli car engine noises zooming bye how does one pace during a move?

Driving 6 hrs from Atlanta down south possibly Louisiana or Mississpi

Wondering if I should break up the trip in two days staying in a motel or just do the whole thing

I did multiple trips of 10+ hrs when I moved. I didn't take breaks between trips. My driving-induced PEM wasn't severe enough to require breaks. I felt it, but it wasn't bad enough to seriously impair my driving. For other PWME, it might be severe enough to require breaks. Only you can figure out the right way for you.
