Anyone know where I can find a comprehensive list of low sulfur foods? Every list I come across only gives several examples or just list examples of meals. I prefer to have a large list so I can mix and match. Thanks!

At my age (75) you have so many things wrong, that you shouldn't be eating anything....drinking water, perhaps. It does get very confusing and also gets hard to absorb the information.

Judee stays on top of it all though. Thanks! Yours, Lenora

Did you mean sulfur/thiols?

They quote Andy Cutler on that here: https://livingnetwork.co.za/chelationnetwork/food/high-sulfur-sulphur-food-list/

So reading that it sounds like he believed it was the thiols in foods that we needed to look out for more than the sulfur foods.

Here is a list of thiol foods: http://jademountainmedicine.com/cms-assets/documents/202054-342409.sulfur-rich-foods.pdf
Thanks for this! I'm not sure whether it's sulfur or thiols. All I know is I took a B1 vitamin and ate a piece of steak and all hell broke loose. Not to mention I did a short stint in carnivore diet which probably exacerbated everything =( I didn't know I had an issue at that point.
