LDA increases autoimmune gastritis

Hi,
My sister has been trying LDA again for 3 weeks.
The side effects she used to have are almost gone and she is noticing a slight improvement.
She is currently at 1 drop per day.
After a while, every time she takes the drops, she gets severe stomach pains. She suspects that her autoimmune gastritis is worsening.

Has anyone had any experience with this or has an idea how to prevent/mitigate their gastritis?

LDA = low dose Abilify?

Apparently nausea and vomiting are common side effects of Abilify, so there is a gut connection.
