Have you tested rt3?

RT3 and SHBG is always HIGH out of range.

However, during a period where I got it to drop lower while I was using HCG and BPC-157, my total t3 fell a little lower. On the flip side I noticed my ACTH was very high as was cortisol.

Back in 2014 I tried t3 solo and dropped my rt3 down to normal levels with "normal" levels of free t3, and felt terrible.
