Is your CFS/PAIN cyclic day to day?

This is something I am struggling to find out. I know that nothing is ever 100% with this illness but this crash I have been in seems to have a cycle to it about 90% of the time. I really seem to struggle in the evening to late evening time.

Sometimes I can be more symptomatic in the morning arising due to a 'hangover' type effect of the previous night... but as I get the day going I seem to be 'kinda' manageable, until the evening rolls around again.

90% of my ER rushes have been in the evening.

It could possibly be a hormone, something in diet, something in activity, or something I haven't thought of... I wanted to float this out there to see if anyone experiences this and had any resolution to it?

I can relate to the hangover

I try to get in bed earlier to give

Myself more time to lay down and

unwind.I feel this helps some although

Is not a cure. Also taking some time to

Get out of bed in the morning instead

Of rushing.Pacing yourself throughout

The day, being mindful of your energy

envelope i think is important.
