I"m not complaining, I actually just sent them more money.

But whats going on right now: isn't clear at ALL.

I feel like we should have a much better understanding of who is doing what. And who got grants for what.

Oh now I"m mad......

That's exactly it. It's not the lack of progress that is disappointing, it's the lack of communication. Just leaving us in the dark.
