Thanks for posting, changed email addresses a while back, just realizing I probably did not sign up for Health Rising newsletter.

This thread would probably get more attention if you changed the Title to what you have posted above, and I like to use Dates and Author in Title, I am as descriptive as possible, using acronyms in tittle to post Full title of Heaing, as much as possible.
