My SUPINE BP which is usually 90/70 or less has increased the last few days to
115-125/82 whereas my standing BP has not changed(88-100/69-80)

Im worried bec i don't feel well at all.
And my doctor is not around to ask him so I thought i'd reach out.even though i guess this measurements are usually not of concern but it worries me bec its very unusual in my case and i feel bad.

a few weeks ago some meds for OI/NMH/POTS (midodrine and mestinon)have both failed to prevent falling BP while upright.
So my question:

does anybody out there has higher BP while lying than standing? Is there a medication i could suggest ti my GP? Or does anyone have a tip/idea suggestiin what to do?
