In 2017 I travelled to Thailand with a friend (the Island Koh Samui) and had the Hep A and Tetanus vaccine in preparation - which i was fine with. I had M.E back then but not as bad as today, which was made much worse from taking the covid vaccine. I would like to travel again to Thailand for a month during these dark months here in the UK, but dont want to take the Hep A vaccine for fear it could trigger something bad. I was considering still going but just not taking the Hep A vax, since i would be cooking my own food mostly (Hep A is spread though dirty hands touching food and dirty water), however i discovered an alternative - " Immunoglobulin prophylaxis for hepatitis A", something i can aparently get in the UK. It's taken orally and is for 'immunocompromised people". I was wondering if anyone here has taken it and not reacted badly to it, or if anyone knows anything about it?
