what type of doctor did you see?
thank you @LisaGoddard ...I was recently diagnosed with low grade B cell follicular N-Hodgkins Lymphoma. For now there is no treatment. It's a watch and wait type of thing. I don't have a bunch of more intense symptoms that might suggest I need treatment.

Hi, I crashed out really badly which is why I am so late replying. I am so sorry to hear about the lymphoma!!! That will exhaust you. You are amazing to keep smiling. I know how hard that can be when you are exhausted. Surely there is some treatment or therapeutics that can help? I take cold baths to calm down my immune system - not that I would recommend them! Not fun! I really hope things improve for you.

I saw a rheumatologist/bone specialist who also specialised in hypermobility syndrome (which is why I saw him as I wondered if I had hypermobility). He's referred me urgently to the Ehlers Danlos specialist so they can rule out the possibility of vascular EDS as that has serious complications.

Sending some Christmas cheer - I can do with some myself!

thank you! I hope you can have an enjoyable Holiday break from our little fun Ditty.

I take cold baths to calm down my immune system

I take the hottest baths I can stand, I get this stomach/gastroperesis flu thing, which I can't explain, and one time, I took a bath every two-four hours for the next 36 hours and boy did I pickle and bake myself, plus I used epson salts so probable overdoes in Magnesium and too much detoxing.

But the only place the nausea stops, is in the really hot bath.

(so I moved, a bathtub was mandatory, I have three showers here) (so, now I rarely bathe)

well, I am lucky so far. It's Low Grade. Its a watch and monitor type situation and there is no treatment for now.
(and treatment isn't exactly turning out to be much better than Do Nothing) (Or makes you worse).

So I work on my lymph system with the hot water bottle at the moment or I heat up a buckwheat neck wrap and apply heat to local areas.

I'm also good at giving myself a heat rash, which happens real easily it seems.

oh!

I managed to get myself to a higher level Rheumatologist, she ran a few tests, and so much for my Obvious Sogrens-like symptoms.

She had nothing to offer me, so I went home.

I'm just out of my cold bath😰 So while you manage your lymph node with heat, I use cold.
I use a plastic foldable tub that I bought online (it is actually for hot baths but I fill with cold water). If you don't have access to a bath now, I wonder if that would be useful for you? This is the one I bought https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/385623964372?var=653431578368
Difficulty is emptying it...
I do miss a hot bath (but can't because of my varicose veins) but one every two-four hours! I'm glad though that something helped your nausea.
