Hyperalgesia and pain resolved with INOSINE

One of the more stricking result I got from my Inosine + caffeine trial is the complete reversion of my neuropathic pains.

This is for me an amazing result, that happened very quickly and that was easy to notice.

No pain when I wake up. And I am able to go back to my B12 and B1 injections, that I wasn't able to keep because it was too much painful.

Even when I was using very small doses of B1 or B12 (0.3 ml per injection), it was burning so hard, I could scream at times, and I had to stop them months ago.

Now I can do 2 ml shots, and I feel only a very limited discomfort, it is just incredible..

That's phenomenal, and thank you so much for posting that supplement response. As soon as I can tolerate more caffeine, I'm going to give it a shot. No pun intended.

That's really incredibly good news. For you, and for those of us who will benefit from this input and information. Thank you again!!!

To be fully honest, I give you my full cocktail that I currently take and that relieve my symptoms (hyperalgesia, neuropathic pains, muscle weakness, brain fog, fatigue, intolerance to efforts, etc)

zinc, selenium, B6, multivitamine, magnesium citrate and Calcium Glutarate.

Glucarate seems to be a masterpiece in my cocktail as well... I even experimented that Inosine doesn't work if I don't take Glucarate. I have to figure out why.

I read that glutarate helped many people with fibromyalgia and that it helps detoxify bad estrogens, by supporting glucuronidation, but couldn't find scientific papers about it up to now...

Thank you so much for the expanded cocktail. I'm already taking some of them, but I think that the secret is in the whole, rather than the parts.

You're a sweetheart for giving me the whole picture, and thank you again :) :)!!!

yes you are right, it's only when I take these supplements all together that it works. It's a kind of miracle that I happened to take them at the same time.

Calcium glutarate, for example:

I was taking another calcium supplement (carbonate), but I sometime switch the calcium form to see if I notice any difference.
So I had ordered some calcium Glutarate from internet, and when my previous calcium supplement ended, I started Calcium Glutarate, thinking it was just another calcium form (it is much more than that in fact).
It was pure hazard that I started the caffeine/inosine trial at this time, so when I noticed my improvement, I thought it was from Inosine/caffeine only.
It took me a long time and some more experiments to understand that it works only if I take the Glutarate with Inosine/caffeine. Zinc and B6 may be necessary as well, I need more time to figure out.

I couldn't tolerate caffeine alone, nor Inosine alone before I had the idea to take them together.
It was not a trial by hazard this time: the goal was to block inosine activation of the adenosine receptors (because it was driving me sleepy) and to explore what benefit (or bad trip) I could find from intracellular inosine action/metabolism.

I don't think I found a cure to my illness, it's only a palliative treatment to my cell dysfunction, working for a few hours and requiring constant fueling.
So for now, each time I feel bad, I just have to take Glutarate+Inosine+caffeine and to wait 2 hours in my bed. I wish it will keep working!

Thank you for so generously sharing what you've had to painfully experiment with to discover.

Yeah, a sudden intolerance for caffeine was one of my earlier, totally baffling, symptoms. Haven't had coffee, except for a few experiments with brewed decaf (still has 3-5% caffeine, which I really need some days) for about 3 years now.

I don't think I found a cure to my illness, it's only a palliative treatment to my cell dysfunction
Oh God, I'll happily take palliative .... anything that helps, helps. "...Take the 10% ....", as my DB (Dearly Beloved, husband) so often reminds me.

I wish it will keep working!
And I will hold that wish for you, too!!! And more, that it somehow gradually helps to reverse some of your symptoms/responses.:hug::hug:

Dear yippee,

I discovered one more thing: Ribose seems to be another peace master in my cocktail that I have just missed.

I had stopped it some days ago because my store was empty, and suddenly my other supplements stopped working.

I felt cold and exhausted as if all the blood had gone out of my body. Hopefully I received the ribose yesterday, and took a dose together with Biotine. Then I fell asleep and when I woke up two hours later, the warm feeling started behind my knees and spread to my legs and body.

I really thought that ribose was not a game changer for me, as I had used it extensively without any improvement, so I was very surprised to realize it was such an important piece of my puzzle.

After 35 years living with this illness, I am really determined to find relief.
This is why I am on PR for 1 year and half, experimenting and sharing!

I can say I have improved a lot since I started my journey here, even though it's not permanent and only palliative.

I hope when I will be more advanced in my understanding and experimentation, that I will be able to give you a better and more precise picture of this cocktail that helps me so much.
