Hello, I tested my cholesterol and it is 100mg/dL.
I read that below 160mg/dL might cause several problems.
How do I raise my cholesterol then?
I found this amazing file that shows a case of study of a person low cholesterol being healed with pregnenolone and DHEA. (100mg each)

Facts I searched:
-Cholesterol is produced in the liver.
-Cholesterol is used to produce cortisol and testosterone.
-Treating the liver might help. (milk thistle and alpha lipoic acid)
-Taking pregnenolone and DHEA might help because it would use this to produce hormones instead of cholesterol.
Edit:
1)I read a success story where the person ate a lot of eggs, butter and beef and took Ox Bile for a month.
2) Another person said that the bile is not working properly, so it would need to take taurine, glycine and milk thistle to fix the bile problem so cholesterol can be absorbed
