I have both CBS bad genes mutated. A360A and C699T. I received my CTL Scientific urine sulfite and sulfate strips, and sulfate levels are between 1200 and 1600 if I test my first morning urine. I know it's recommended to have sulfate levels around 400-600 before continuing with methylation support.
I've been dairy and egg-free for about a year, I stopped with onion, garlic consumption, I don't eat any dry fruits but I don't know what else could I do about it?
I'm taking 150mcg molybdenum which is supposed to help clear out the sulfate pool but till now levels are so high!
