"The Plot Against Asthma and Allergy Patients". This Canadian doctor talks about treating people with ADHD, allergies, and CFS with histamine injections. I notice some benefit from taking l histidine. I have also had asthma most of my life before CFS. Just thought I'd share...there has been some discussion on histadelia here but histapenia may also be something to consider.
