Looks like you're primed for mental health issues with COMT, MAO A, MTHFR A1298C and CYP1B1.
As far as food, eat meat or fish for B12, in other words don't be a vegetarian (MTRR = B12 recycling). Eat veggies and fruits to support detox pathways, especially cruciferous veggies for CYP1B1 to lower estrogen.
That's assuming you don't have CBS issues due to mercury toxicity which could cause sulfur/thiol issues with the cruciferous veggies. The CBS A360A is less likely to be issue in and of itself.
