I'm looking for someone who is focused on mold avoidance because that is what the accommodations are tailored for.
I am in South Central NM near the town of T or C, NM.

Accommodations will be very inexpensive free for the right person

The trailer is all aluminum and adzell panels. Has no wood mold or chemical smell. Never leaked. Kept under a carport for most of it's 10 year life.

The drywall building also has no mold, never leaked, never been wet, and no wood.

The drywall building would need to be emptied of everything but the furnishings. The styrofoam room within the drywall room is very well insulated. The trailer has some insulation but not nearly as much. Both would be very comfortable from a standpoint of temperature.

If you are concerned about mycotoxins I can make no guarantee since there is no practical way to test for them. I would dissuade anyone who has these concerns from considering this arrangement. It is more geared towards someone who is trying to avoid hidden mold common in most conventional construction.

Any normal person would probably not be interested the selling point is the mold resistant material these structures are made of that and the climate and weather. Very little rain and temperatures are mild compared to most places here out west. As of May 15th I still haven't needed to run the a/c. Have to run heat but I don't think I've done that in more than a month now.

I would also consider someone who has their own trailer and need a place to put. Although without a cover it would get very hot and expensive to cool during the summer.

Also have my accommodations which has a full kitchen and bathroom and would be able to share those.

Hi, @antares4141

What a thoughtful and generous offer!
I have wanted to do this for quite some time many things stopped me the main thing being insurance. Which I still don't have but plan on getting one way or another. When I explain the housing and the type of coverage I want I never end up getting anywhere.

I would want anyone living on my property to have good health insurance getting bit by a rattle snake can easily cost in excess of 100k. And they would need to sign a waiver acknowledging the risk and not holding me accountable for pain suffering disability. And you do have to be vigilant. I have placed my foot within striking distance at least 3 times fortunately 1 warned me and the other two just tried to get away from me.

I did install 1/2" spaced metal fence or as they call it hardware cloth which has reduced the number of encounters by 66%. I still see small snakes but no large adults. The problem is it's a ranch like property and there are lots of places to hide for them that are just inherent with the property and the style of living here. I could clean it up a little bit and it's on my list of things to do but I am very limited and always crash after any productive days. I'm 66 in august so it's not getting any easier.

I do have a self serving motive. I might not be able to pass a drivers licence exam and am going to need to drive into los Cruces 60 miles away once a month. So I am hoping I can find someone willing to drive me to town once or twice a month if it comes to this.

Property is fenced 2 acres and I love dogs so as long as they don't make any huge messes I am ok with dogs and cats. I do put rat poison in bate stations so you would not want your cat eating any rats. It is out of reach from dogs. I don't like doing it but it's either me or them they will ove run the place if you don't stay on top of them.
