Gut bad again = m.e symptoms worse again

So my gut was doing great and hey presto, all my m.e symptoms improved dramatically. As per usual. Now my gut has decided to go bad again (nausea, diarrhoea, bloating ect) and I'm feeling awful m.e again. This is such a correlation, 100% always happens this way. Why?? I'm shouting it from the rooftops! The gut is majorly linked to m.e!!
