Go for Pyridostigmine and Fludrocortisone - EXPERIENCES?

Hi all!
After my CellTrend results and my type of dysautonomia/OI, I read some articles and best for me looks like this two type of drugs:

- Pyridostigmine
- Fludrocortisone

My doctor is not experienced with this drugs, but she is really kind and ready with help for me. She help me a lot in past! Thanks! More doctors like she...

Please, Im looking for some serious experiences with this types of drugs. Safety start, treatment and safety stop. Be worried from side effect? How to minimalize it and what to control before using?
My blood pressure is OK, sometimes little low, everything looks like I have some problems with informations nerve - muscle...and another thing is bring some water and salt to muscle (my muscles are really weak and painfull after every exrecise). Hope I understand it lot, its a really hard process to understand it.

Use google and search on Pubmed to see if there are any "Review" papers on those drugs or papers on those drugs for dysautonomia/OI. Then give those papers to your doctor.

Yeah, some reviews are ready for my doctor, but I primarily looking for some own patients experiences...this is often the most useful and helping a lot ;-)
