To explain my ailment, you might check out my original post. https://forums.phoenixrising.me/thr...ecause-of-hypersensitivity-to-steroids.80461/

I had hopes that I would recover some hearing by now, but instead, new symptoms have spread around the ear in which I suddenly lost hearing in April 2020 - such as uncomfortable sensations of numbness and pressure that come and go, and which I suspect are neurological. I have no fever, pain, headache, or loss of eyesight, however. Tinnitus is the only other major problem, but that's typical for SSNHL. For now, I'm delaying appointments with my ENT and neurologist until I've had my second COVID vaccination in mid-March, plus a couple of weeks for it to be most effective, as I'm in a "most vulnerable" category for COVID.

However, I've come across something that sounds promising in some articles - not so much in others. Does anyone have experience (or know someone who has) with this drug, FX-322 (undergoing testing, but probably slowed by COVID research and development)?

Thanks!
