I had campylobacter (food poisoning)6 months ago and since then i have had a front left ache that then started to hurt in my back at the same height. It hurts everyday and now my shoulder blade/arm/side aches everyday. I don't know if this could be connected to the food poisoning but i haven't felt right since. Could the ache/pain be coming from my stomach? Although i have just saw an osteopath who says a few of my left ribs are tight and hardly any movement.

Campylobacter is quite a common cause of food poisoning and one of the more short lived ones. Probably not connected but I would just run it by your doctor just to be sure. Did the GP diagnose campylobacter via a stool sample?

Yes via stool sample. I have been to the drs numerous times and they say it sounded muscular/muscular skeletal.
