Flare in fungal symptoms

hey guys, I seem to have had a massive flare up in fungal related symptoms.. toes.. and rash

What could be causing this?

I am eating differently.. no new meds though.

Also I recently did a stool test which seemed like everything was good in that department so I'm a little confused...

Any advice appreciated! :)

Don't underestimate how just a diet change may affect us (its hard to say if that has anything to do with it or not thou).

Stool tests are like any test and only show what is being tested for.

Are you taking LDN? I think I remember a post where you said that you're trying it? For me, LDN exacerbated my fungal and yeast problems. That's why I can't take it anymore. Could be a possibility?
