Hi people I have recently tried the probiotic mutaflor and noticed very good results. It may not work for everyone but I would recommend a trial. It is however expensive so I am trying to culture it in full cream milk. Does anyone know if this is possible? It is developing a wired taste and smell but not solidifying like it does with lactic acid bacteria. Does anyone have any advice or experience?

From what I read on Dr Myhills site she recommends soy milk and I was thinking of adding arabinogalactans, which is an ideal prebiotic for the Mutaflor apparently
