I just came across this Expanded Access program for people in the US.

Expanded Access is a way for patients with a serious or life-threatening illness to try new investigational drugs or medical treatments which are not yet FDA approved.

If your doctor is willing to supervise you, the Expanded Access program allows you to try out new drugs outside of a clinical trial.

More info from the FDA here.
