I am doing better and want to start exercise again but I have several questions.
1) Where can I find the heart rate monitor group or the exercise group.
2) Does it mean If I follow the 5min up 5 min down, never to go into aerobic (over 109bpm)??? while upright or lying down??? My heart rate is going down consistently now, today RHR was 76 (it used to be 92 resting heart rate). I get 112 just by brushing my teeth and I get really bad post exhortation symptoms. I have terrible OI and I am waiting to see an specialist but in the mean while I need to get by.
3) When and can I eventually go aerobic safely, will it ever be safe to do so.
4) If horizontal Exercise (abs, polates...) keep me under the 109, how safe is to do a whole workout while horizontal?
