anyone know of any good practioners that do work through skype, etc.? as I am bedridden. tia.

not that i know for sure it works that way, but you can do EMDR on your own, ... check youtube.
i tried few times but i dont have the discipline to do it on my own often enough

I will be starting EMDR in january and my therapist said she could do skype sessions. So yes, doable, although not ideal.
