These things taste good, and are full of good organs/nutrients like bone, cartilage, ligaments, tendons, synovial fluid, nerve tissue, collagen, elastin, calcium, phosphate, glycosaminoglycans, hyaluronic acid. I cook them in the air fryer for 30 mins, and they go nice, and crunchy. I'm also eating dried tendon dog treats as tendons are important for muscle relaxation, and contraction. Dried tendons are on ebay or at pet shops. They have to be cooked for a while to go soft enough to eat. These foods are good for any neck/joint/bone/cartilage/muscle problems.

I've been doing bone broths, with heavy bones, to reduce "wind".....my joints and odd weird pains that float around in this body seem to have improved quite quickly on bone broth. (went on Tibetan Wind Diet). Grass fed bones with marrow.

Alas, one of the many healthy things i cannot do. bone broth would send me to the ER in hypterensive crisis. i'm wildly reactive to aged foods (amines).
What caught my eye about this treat was the mention of chicken. I find a huge difference between effects of chicken and turkey and me and thought maybe thered be a gem of a hint as to why in this post...

I find a huge difference between effects

A friend of mine eliminated all beef and pork (eats fish, a bit of chicken) and she swears there is something in proteins that was causing her daughter rheumatoid arthritis issues, which cleared when they stopped.
