does anyone else get strange falling asleep symptoms in the liver/gallbladder area and like this tightness at night sometimes (can't move for like a few minutes) if you move too quickly then its sore for days afterwards? sometimes stomach area too?

I do hurt myself, from only VERY small attempted movements.
This happens to me in bed, or out.
