It's very bizarre. I've only become fully aware of it in the past few months, but whenever I can feel my head pressure releasing, I'll quite often get this quiet ticking nose behind my nose, eyes and forehead. It's almost like a ticking clock! I have to be in a quiet room to be able to hear it.
I'd be very interested to know what this could be? My only conclusion so far is that it's a noise produced from the intracranial pressure releasing...?
Interestingly, my ear fullness, head pressure, cog impairment and sinusitis, all seem to be interlinked. Whenever the head pressure starts to release, everything else seems to clear up too! Why?? Am I perhaps stuck in a TH2 immune response? As all immune modulants that balance an overactive TH2 immune system, seem to make me feel more balanced and normal....
Thanks for reading!
