Does a response to IVIG predict B cell mediated autoimmune disease?

I have a diagnosis of Autoimmune Autonomic Ganglionopathy, possible Sjogrens and MCAS. I have a high ESR, high CRP, High AChR Binding antibodies, High Salivary Protein 1 antibodies and I was prescribed high dose IVIG and had major improvements 3 weeks later to where I was functioning at 75-80% of normal.

I've heard that IVIG typically o ly works for B cell mediated autoimmune diseases, so if I did partially respond to a high dose, would that essentially rule out a T cell mediated autoimmune disease?

I would also like to know if there is a test or another way to determine which type of mediated autoimmune disease one has.

Um, nobody really knows exactly how ivig works so I don’t think u can predict what you have based on your response to it.

I don't know the answer re: types of autoimmunity but my understanding (which could be wrong!) is that if you are a responder to high dose IVIG that you have some type of autoimmunity (but whether there is any way to tell which type based off of response to IVIG, I have no idea). I think response to Rituximab is more indicative of B-cell driven autoimmunity.
