Doctor's like Dr Kaufman or Dr Cheda in Europe or on East Coast?

I would really like to see Dr Cheda or Dr Kaufman but I can not manage the 14 hour flight to LA.

I get the impression that there are no doctors like them in Europe.

I don't want to try Dr DeMeirler because everyone has told me that he is bad with follow up. I am a bit suspicious of him.

I tried Dr Myhill and I dislike her very much.

Are there any CFS specialists that are like Dr Kaufman and Dr Cheda but are not in LA, but in New York or the East Coast?

I know this might not make any difference but Dr. Kaufman & Dr. Chheda are not in LA and are in Northern CA (in Mountainview) which is about 7 hours north of LA. Although if you are coming from Europe, I assume the flight would be the same.

I know that there are specialists on the east coast but not sure how they compare to Dr. K & Dr. C. Off the top of my head, I have heard of Susan Levine and David Systrom in the northeast and Nancy Klimas and her team in Florida. I know there are others that I am forgetting.

I'm in NL and am not going to DML either. Myhill's protocol is not going to work for me as long as my thyroid function hasn't improved, including stomach ache if it is from that. Keto is hell for my stomach.

I know one pwME in the UK who stays with friends in CA for a month twice a year and goes to Stanford. I'm looking into it just in case I get my hands on some serious money. She is out $20,000 a year without needing to pay lodging.
