Does anyone know a doctor in the U.S. that I could go to with a list of tests that I would like to do (mostly at ARUP Labs) and they would do it without fighting me about it?

Do you know if they do the ARUP testing?

All the other walk-in labs I've looked at only do Quest or LabCorp.

It seems like it is possible to order ARUP tests through Quest & LabCorp. See here & here.

@lint7 - it looks like you're in Canada. Does the U.S. location for a doctor matter to you? e.g, I know of a doctor in Glendale, California, who has been very cooperative re tests I wanted done. But would someone in the northern U.S; (eastern or western area?) work better for you?

I'll fly anywhere in the U.S., but the northeast would be best.
