Do the research findings of 2016 suggest which drugs should work for PWME with OI?

I'm thinking of the Naviaux, Davis, Fluge/Mella stuff...

PWME seem to have different forms of OI and even within the same forms of OI, which drugs are effective seem to differ from patient to patient and finding an effective one seems to be a matter of trial and error.

Has the last year changed that?
