Diagnostechs GI panel results

Hello I just got my results and wondered if people could give me any feedback -

Bacterial stool culture

Moderate mixed gram positive rods / flora
Moderate mixed gram negative rods / flora
- these two were down as normal - normal being moderate or abundant of each of these.

Commensal / bacteria overgrowth detected:
Beta hemolytic streptococcus group B - mod
Alpha hemolytic streptococcus - mod
Rare mixed gram positive rods / flora - mod
Klebsiella pneumoniae - rare

Other findings
Non pathogenic e coli - mod

There's more info on there about various other parameters but I was wondering about any feedback on these things? Thanks.

Where did you have the test done? Was it a stool only sample or was there any colonoscopy or endoscopy involved?
