Cranial sacral

Just wondering how many people have tried this. Just did one treatment when I was actually feeling pretty good. I’m either have a detox reaction or a relapse...really hard to tell the difference. Any opinions on this? Thx

LOVE cranial sacral... I can't afford it now, but I have something similar to this thing (although this looks better b/c more applications)... I wish I understood what that means for understanding CFS... ie, does it calm cytokines that are affecting brain & spine, etc.

It depends on the skill of the practitioner but it has been extremely helpful for me as well.

I second the Cranio Cradle rec. It’s amazing for neck and shoulder pain.

I was a cranio practitioner before getting ill. I don't think it will make ME/CFS go away, but it can make things more comfortable.

It actually backfired on me. Not sure what happened...but my back is in tremendous pain and my CNS got all fired up. I’m guessing something she did irritated a nerve, which tightened the muscles, which sent my immune system haywire. Or...it was the worse timing ever. It’s to the point I’m afraid to be treated for anything because of a fear of getting worse.
