Change in Mood?

How do you cope with sudden on change of mood?

For instance, I could be find mood wise for days then suddenly out of no where I will feel depress and tired. No motivation to do anything and mood just sucks. How can that be possible?

Is this part of CFS?

Thank you

It is part of ME/CFS for many. It is part of PEM (post-extertional malaise). Normally it is from doing too much earlier that day or in the previous 2 days. We do "pacing" to keep from having the PEM.

I also find mood and blood sugar for me are closely linked. The lower it goes the lower I feel. So you might look into whether that is a factor for you.
