Candida Results -confused

I'm confused by my blood test results as one blood test shows positive and the others don't. Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Not sure what you mean, both images show the same result, 0.18, which is slightly above the reference range.

Sorry I meant the 45.6 which is in range. So It seems the .18 is really not so positive?

The 45.6 is the total IgE which is different from the Candida specific test. I'm not sure of the significance of Candida being classified as very low.
