I just wanted to add that I realise it is difficult for people to attend trials. As this one only requires two visits some time apart, I’m hoping that could be do-able for some people.

When I become a billionaire, which I confidently expect very soon, I will fund a “research bus” to visit people who are housebound or in remote areas so they can take part in clinical trials. Possibly also a boat and a helicopter, depending on the terrain.
