Can I store coffee (for coffee enemas) outside of the fridge overnight?

So this is rather a shameful issue, but I've been doing coffee enemas for the past 2 years, ever since my CFS became severe. I really think they saved my life, since they're the only thing that let me go to the bathroom regularly, and also shift my nervous system towards 'parasymphatetic', so more energy, better breathing etc.

Unfortunately, it's been a point of contention amongst my narcissistic family who like to nitpick on everything I do. My mother tried to harass me to stop, but eventually gave up; instead of preparing the enema in front of everyone at dinner time, I would make it at night, store it in the fridge, then sneak it up and no one knew the difference.

Lately, though, my brother has decided he's 'fed up' too. He dumped all my enema equipment out of the bathroom, so now I have to do them in my room. That was fine, but then last night, I discovered he'd just thrown out my container of coffee I'd prepared for today.

I am so unwell that I can not even tolerate the slightest emotional stress/conflict, so I am avoiding even bringing this up to my parents because they will likely side with him. What I would like to know is whether it would be unhygienic to prepare the coffee and just leave it in my room in a plastic airtight container overnight, if I'll be using it 12 hours later? Or must it be kept in the fridge? Alternatively, could perhaps be frozen (since no one would check the freezer)? I think I've read the coffee shouldn't be reheated in a microwave so not sure how I would unfreeze it.

First of all:
I'm very sorry your family gives you such a hard time..
You shouldn't think it would matter to anyone how you go to the toilet.

I leave everything on the bench overnight.
Even leftovers from dinner, for breakfast or lunch the next day.

But then it hardly gets really hot where I live.

And even though I drink cold coffee, it really tastes rather bitterly after 8 hours or more.
Is it possible for you to by a tiny coffeemaker to have in your room?
You can make everything ready before you go to bed ?

Thanks for your reply. If I bought a coffee maker for my room it would still be a problem of where to store it overnight. I can prepare the coffee at night without issue. But I'm wondering if it needs to be in a fridge. Also it's summer in Australia soon so will get humid

What about a small cooling bag?
Put a soda bottle or two, with water, in the freezer during the day
In the evening you put the container with the coffe and the soda bottle in the bag.
(Don't fill the bottle a 100%, the water expands, but the plastic can handle it if you leave some room. In my experience the soda bottles works better than the cooling things that's made for the bags)
If your family questions the bottles, you just tell them you like to have an opportunity to drink cold water in the night or in the morning.

Or if you use a thermos, you make really strong coffee, cool it down with cold water, pour it in the thermos and add a couple of ice cubes?

Or if you don't have a cooling bag you might find a bag or a box or something and wrap the soda bottle and the coffee in newspapers

Thanks for the replies. Situation seems to be ok now. Someone also suggested using a container with ice packs which I guess I'll try if there's a problem again.

@outdamnspot
I'm glad it seems to be ok for now.
(I just need to clarify about the soda bottles.
It's not supposed to go in the refrigerator as I wrote
but the freezer.
That way you have the benefit of ice packs but without the mess.)

Just as an update, this became an issue again so here's what I've been doing:

Make the coffee at night -- I switched from a plastic container to a glass Mason jar. Then packing it in a cooler bag with 3 plastic ice packs and keeping it in a dark, cool storeroom cupboard overnight. Is this probably okay? The coffee isn't as cold as the fridge when I take it out but it's definitely not warm. Been feeling worse lately -- probably due to food intolerances -- but was always worrying how I'm storing the coffee might be problematic.

I did email Dr Lawrence Wilson as well and he said this method should be fine.
