Can CFS cause localized sound sensitivity only on the left side?

I haven't tried LDN as much as my symptoms had opioid receptor modulation I couldn't quite figure out what was going on with and still really don't. I tend to judge how well I'm doing by my sensory clarity and how I perceive sound. I found a pattern with myself, when all sound hits my brain like a dull brick and I can't even remotely enjoy any music because everything just sounds like mud with a little increased inflammation in my bad left ear then I'm in PEM and need to be very careful what I do with myself next. If sound is extremely sharp and painful with a lot of agitation my immune system is probably really mad at me. Interestingly I never have both at the same time and the blunted sound sensitivity with increasing anhedonia is a much worse sign. When I can hear sound clearly, my vision is more clear, and bass in music has a very clear liquid like feeling that I can actually feel in my body I'm doing better. Kind of a weird way to gauge the state of things but it works for me and you might be able to notice yourself if you also have solid auditory perception fluctuations in your case too. The only thing that is worse in one side than the other is pressure and tinnitus flares. My left ear generally has much less of both.

My more extreme hearing loss is on the left side. While my body is more sick on the right side.

Not sure what LDN would be doing to account for that. but around here anything is possible it seems.

For me it's like ldn reduce more inflammation in the right side
well, it sounds possible. I experience strong differences in symptoms on right and left sides, which I consider lymphatic.

LDN stops or considerably reduces some very odd inflammatory reactions in my case. It might be a Mast Cell type reaction it calms down. But I got lots of swelling up (a daily cycle, after 4 pm). LDN stops that mostly, which means I can chew on some food. Every tooth in my mouth is being ejected by swelling up of my palette. My lips will appear scalded.

My tongue won't fit inside my mouth. Fun stuff like that.

i know that, i attribute it to swelling of muscles and or nerves. this can be sign of allergic happening or sign of energy deficiency, because nerves swell up when they need more energy.
but as tongue is mostly muscle, its probably a sensitivity to some kind of allergen.

i have the theory, that its depending on what side we are sleeping, i used to sleep on the left my whole life, now i am mixing.
maybe its that the continous lying on one side leads to compression and blockage of fluid transfers, so blood gets a bit pooled but also lymphatic fluids might not flow correctly.
maybe this is why some feel problems more in one side.
(just my opinion, no science)

can be sign of allergic
I was sort of focused on this problem for a while - a mistake to think any normal doctor would do anything.

My dentist was actually smart. He suggested: allergic reaction. Then he had a pharmacist compound something that cost me alot of money. And that caused my throat to shut down and close up. The fix.

I threw it out. Forget that fix.

Perhaps MAST cell, or lymphoDEMA, are components of some of this. But the heat and imbalances are quite visible to those properly trained.

- the tongue shows all the body organs and conditions, per Chinese Medicine and 3000 plus ;years of observation. My tongue is a list of issues with my overheating Heart, Spleen, and Liver meridians.

I have blood blisters under my tongue, on my salivary glands and this corresponds to the Spleen Meridian.

so the tongue swelling is also: an acute SCREAM to get my body in balance.

And then every night my teeth were being pushed out of the "pulp" which My Dentist was capable of observing, just not capable of fixing.

so then I go back to the GP who stares, and nothing happens and they ask: What did the Dentist say?

Very interesting comment. When my conditioned worsened suddenly in 2023, it felt like my gums had peeled away from my teeth overnight. It still feels like that is happening sometimes, but not as severe as that first time.

what is this? its really weird, many report here that having had good tooth health first and then it went broke. i do not get good answer for this.

AI isnt giving good answer either:
Gum peeling and tooth issues in CFS could stem from:

  1. Dry Mouth (Xerostomia): CFS-related autonomic dysfunction or medications (e.g., antidepressants) reduce saliva, causing gum irritation and recession.
  2. Inflammation: Chronic systemic inflammation in CFS may weaken gum tissue, leading to peeling or sensitivity.
  3. Nutritional Deficiencies: Fatigue-related poor diet or malabsorption (common in CFS) can cause deficiencies (e.g., vitamin C, D, or B vitamins), weakening gums and teeth.
  4. Immune Dysfunction: CFS impairs immune responses, increasing susceptibility to oral infections or gum disease.
  5. Medication Side Effects: Drugs for CFS symptoms (e.g., painkillers, antihistamines) can affect oral health, causing tissue changes or sensitivity.

i wish i could figure out whats the problem.
ask the highly trained skilled chinese herbalist. Many trained in acupuncture, skipped intensive study of the herbs, which is what is relied upon for chronic and long term health issues. Not needles.

All these symptoms cycle daily, so pulp swelling up happened daily, later in the day. Yin worn off, used up. Body more acutely out of balance.

I felt like a chipmunk, because there is literally some kind of meridian crossing the first molars behind the incisors. So that SWELLS UP and the teeth are no longer aligned. Chewing hurts, so I gave up salads 10 years ago. And painful teeth gave me more dental PTSD and panic attacks biting down and it hurts. Freak Out.

I can eat a salad now. Thanks to LDN. Which I must again obtain, through convoluted means.
