Brain fasciculations on touch/irritation

Does someone have this symptom? I remember in the first month of my illness when I tried to fall asleep, I have experienced moderate pressure-like headache accompanied with weird fasciculations/twitching in the brain. Especially in the right part of the forehead and in the right temple.
Now I fall asleep without any pain or brain twitching (I do have sleep disturbances and other weird symptoms that showed up later), but when I touch or irritate my forehead or right temple (for example when scratching) I get this short fasciculations. What can this symptom mean? I'm curious.
