Biofilms/leaky gut linked to constipation?

Curious if anyone has found that taking supplements

that improve gut function and help with leaky gut and

biofilms like NAC,Serrapeptase,Pau de arco,etc.

Improve frequency of bowel movements and CFS as a

result?

I haven't been tested for leaky gut/ot violations films

but have a sense that there is some abnormality

with infrequent bowel movements.
